WELCOME
Hi, im Katie and I am a qualified Personal Trainer and Remedial & Sports Therapist based in the idyllic town of Forres, Moray.
Being fit and healthy has always been hugely important to me which is why at the age of 20, I decided I wanted to make a career out of it in order to help others. Over the years I have transformed hundreds of lives through fitness and healthy lifestyle changes in Glasgow, New Zealand, Australia and now Forres.
I am proud to have completed my Diploma in Swedish Massage in 2015 and Diploma in Remedial and Sports Massage in 2016. Both courses helped me understand the importance of treating health in a holistic manner and links in perfectly with my Personal Training.
I now offer Personal Training in my fully equipped gym, to a wide range of clients - tailoring each session to match their individual needs and goals along with personalised nutrition advice. To compliment this I also offer Remedial, Sports and Swedish massage in my beautiful purpose built treatment room. To find out more please read below or call for a chat.

Remedial and Sports Massage
The most effective way to prevent and treat muscular injuries, pain and soreness. During each session I assess the effected area, create a treatment plan, use deep tissue massage and a range of techniques to target the area before reassessing.
In additional I specialise in pre and post event sports massage to maximise performance for all athletes.

Advice

As part of all personal training sessions I offer expert nutritional advice as well as looking at food diaries, food plans as well as offering advice on healthy and tasty foods, snacks and recipes
I am also currently studying for my Advanced Diploma in Nutrition and Weight Management - focused nutritional and lifestyle sessions coming soon!
