Hello, I'm Katie, a qualified Personal Trainer and Remedial & Sports Therapist based in the picturesque town of Forres, Moray.
Health and fitness has always been hugely important to me, which is why 16 years ago I chose to pursue a career dedicated to helping others achieve their wellness goals. Since the age of 20, I've been committed to transforming lives through fitness and healthy lifestyle changes. My journey has taken me from Glasgow to New Zealand, Australia, and now back home to the welcoming community of Forres.
Within my own private training studio, I specialize in intimate small group personal training sessions and also offer remedial and sports massage services.
What fills me with immense pride is the remarkable client community I've cultivated over the years. It's more than just a training space; it's like being part of a large family of like-minded individuals, all dedicated to supporting and cheering each other on as they strive to achieve their fitness, health, and lifestyle goals. Small Group Personal Training
At BodyWorks, I believe in the power of a personalised fitness experience, which is why I offer small group personal training sessions. Unlike larger group fitness classes, where you might feel like just another face in the crowd, small group sessions provide you with the individualised attention and support you need to reach your goals.
In small group sessions, you'll work closely with me in a group setting of 2 to 4 clients. This allows me to tailor the workouts to your specific needs and goals, ensuring that you get the most out of every session. Whether you're a beginner looking to get started on your fitness journey or a seasoned athlete aiming to take your training to the next level, small group personal training program is designed to meet you where you are and help you progress.
In a small group format, you receive personalised feedback and guidance, helping you to perfect your form, make necessary modifications, and track your progress over time. The most effective way to prevent and treat muscular injuries, pain and soreness. During each session I assess the effected area, create a treatment plan, use deep tissue massage and a range of techniques to target the area before reassessing.
In additional I specialise in pre and post event sports massage to maximise performance for all athletes.
